No Ola and Uber are not available in Ooty. But you can find taxis everywhere and they charge around 1800 INR both Hatchback or sedan to 2500 INR for 7 seaters or offroad per day that is 12 hours. you can also rent your favourite vehicle from zoom cars and drive on your own.
You can book an Ola outstation ride to Ooty from Coimbatore and use the same cab till you return.
